Caroline Brown and Phil Peisch founded Brown & Peisch PLLC to provide high-quality, cost-effective legal advice and representation to clients in a range of matters relating to federally-funded health and benefit programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, the Affordable Care Act, Title IV (TANF, Child Support Enforcement, Foster Care and Adoption Assistance), and food security (SNAP and WIC).
Prior to founding B&P in 2018, Caroline and Phil practiced at Covington & Burling LLP, where they were the Chair and Vice-Chair respectively of the Health Care Group, and Caroline chaired the Federal-State Program practice.
