Lara Rosenberg is an Associate with the firm. She works on matters relating to Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and child welfare.
Prior to joining the firm, Lara served as a guardian ad litem attorney for youth involved in Child Abuse and Neglect proceedings in Washington, DC. She investigated and represented clients’ best interests in abuse and neglect trials and post-adjudication evidentiary and status hearings. Lara worked closely with government social workers and parents’ attorneys to advance her clients’ best interests outside of court, including in special education meetings and team meetings with social workers and healthcare providers.
